ENROLLMENT FEES AND TUITION DETAILS

Enrollment Fee: $100 for first enrolled student, $50 for each additional child enrolling. Enrollment fee is required to save an enrollment spot for 30 days. Additional fees may apply to hold a spot for more than 30 days.

Tuition Payments: You may choose to pay your tuition one of 3 ways, Bi-Weekly, Twice Monthly or beginning of the Month.

Pre-K Curriculum Fee: $100 is due in September of Pre-K year to cover costs of extra supplies needed for this special curriculum.

Tuition includes meals, supplies, developmental screening and assessments.

Checks, Cash, Venmo and Zelle payments are accepted. 

Oregon ERDC and DHS tuition assistance accepted, however your coverage may not pay for 100% of tuition: you may have a copay and/or a differential due at the beginning of the month.

Please note: We accept children ages 2 years to Kindergarten (up to 7 years). We do not offer an afterschool or school aged program.

1) Parent name and contact information, including email and phone number.

2)Name and age of your child (birthday)

3) Preferred schedule and start date

4) Has your child been in group care before and what were the conditions (family childcare, relative or center?)

5) If your child has been or is currently in care, why are you changing?

6) Is your child toilet independent or in need of assistance in the restroom.

7) Any special conditions or needs? ie; gluten free, allergies, etc.,

8) What are you looking for in a child care provider?

FOR PARENTS

We are always excited to have new children join our group.

Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple.

After you follow the steps above to be added to the waitlist, we will contact you to set up either an open house or private tour after hours. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This is a great time for you to ask questions, for all of us to get to know each other and for your child to explore our environment. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. After this on site visit, the registration process may begin. There are various forms to be completed and others to be read. Once they are read, completed, signed, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved and the final step is to schedule a transition day and a start date.

We offer a complimentary transition day for your child to visit on their own for up to 2 hours. This gives them the opportunity to get to know us and the other children before they start attending full days.
